Well we took mom to get her hearing aids yesterday afternoon. They lasted all of about an hour. She hated them and was utterly stressed about them. So we are returning them tomorrow. It isn't worth her stressing herself sick (or worse) over them. I was encouraged as she heard a bird chirping (for the first time in years) when we left the office. Oh well. It is her decision.
