I've been making some of the best salads lately and always try to make them look pretty! I know..GET A LIFE right?... now keep in mind that I love salad dressing so I know there is a lot but at least I'm creative with it. This salad unfortunately does not include anything from my balcony garden although I'm getting ready to pick another cucumber. This is spinach, zuchini, onion (from my daughter's boyfriend's mom's garden <---did I word that right), crushed croutons, mozzarella cheese and honey mustard dressing. YUM !!
