Kitchen time..

Today I quit work eariler than I had planned but it was a good thing.  I finally got the Heavenly Chocolate Pie made that I meant to make a week ago.  The meringue is optional but I like a little sweetness on top of the chocolate.  Here was the finished pie:

I am eating a piece right now. Yum!

I also ate stir fry again that I did in what else, my cast iron! :)   I added some peanuts to add a little protein.

It was good!

I asked hubby if he minded watching the Oscar's tonight.  He reluctantly agreed. There really isn't a whole lot on other than the same American Pickers shows that are okay...but I'd rather critique what everyone's wearing or saying...I mean.. I want to see who wins! :)
